AQUA YOGA!

JUST ADD WATER!

Thank you for allowing me to flood your in box today! (Pun intended).

Grab your pool attire - bathing suit or shorts, towel, sunscreen & hat ~ Aqua Yoga is beginning this week!

What is Aqua Yoga?

Aqua Yoga is a fun way to practice supported by the water & pool walls using water noodles and other props to enhance your yoga practice of breath work, stretching and mostly standing postures with time for play ~ handstand anyone???

This shallow water pool yoga practice will leave you energized & refreshed! Breath work, stretching and fluid movements enhanced by warmed water will prepare you to relax during a buoyant savasana.

Class will be on Wednesday 6/10 at 2pm this week, it may vary week to week depending on weather & my babysitting duties so subscribe to my website to stay in the float!

Due to current cautions, class size is limited so please register early & adhere to physical distancing with masks on as you enter the yard. Masks are optional during practice.
