What is Aqua Yoga?
Aqua Yoga is a fun way to practice supported by the water & pool walls using water noodles and other props to enhance your yoga practice of breath work, stretching and mostly standing postures with time for play ~ handstand anyone???
This shallow water pool yoga practice will leave you energized & refreshed! Breath work, stretching and fluid movements enhanced by warmed water will prepare you to relax during a buoyant savasana.
Class will be on THURSDAY 5/20 at 2pm this week, it may vary week to week depending on weather so subscribe to my website to stay in the float!
