When I chose the Peace chant to share for this month, I think I realized how much it was needed but had no idea how much darkness we would experience as the year started. The evil that we experienced this week as our democracy was trampled on shakes us to our core! As people of light, we must hold on to hope! We must encourage much needed change and peace in our hearts, our nation and the world! Chanting helps to connect us with each other & the universe. It helps to calm our minds, set intentions, improves focus, reduces anxiety & soothes our over stimulated brains.
