When we ground ourselves to Mother Earth we allow our physical and emotional essence to build resilience. Time spent in nature has restorative & healing powers. Whether you enjoy laying on a beach, working in your garden, strolling through a park, walking barefoot in the grass, floating in water, hugging a tree or simply taking a breath of fresh air, being outside can renew our body, mind & spirit!

Join me on the mat, in the grass, or in the pool this week to ground & connect to each other & Mother Earth!
