"One’s connection to the earth (asana) is steady (sthira) and joyful (sukham)."

In his Yoga Sutras, Patanjali challenges us to find a balance in our yoga practice & life. Balancing effort & ease is the goal. By starting on the mat we can better bring this concept to the yoga that is our daily existence.

2:30 PM ~ Aqua Yoga in my Pool ~ 60 min Weather permitting!
