This week as Spring comes to a close and the Summer Solstice approaches we arrive at the time of year when days are filled with light & energy. These long days are exhilarating but can often leave us too revved up & make it difficult to settle down. Nourishing ourselves with good food, balancing activity with rest and practicing grounding with yoga can assist us to maintain equilibrium, recharge us as we strive for justice and allow us to enjoy these long days.
Balancing staying home with being cautious when we venture out is a new challenge that tests our resilience both physically and emotionally. To support you with that challenge, Asana Wellness is adding some outdoor classes so we can continue to be Socially Connected while Physically safe. Please join me this week either from your home via Zoom or in my yard to explore balance in our breath, body, mind & spirit!
