This active class includes a wide variety of poses and options that allow you to choose the level of physical intensity right for your body. Classes include breathwork,(pranyama), postures (asana), meditation and relaxation. Sun Salutations are performed throughout class to warm the body and flow between postures while linking breath with movement (vinyassa). You will feel energized and renewed!
*Props are encouraged to allow safe and effective practice ~ yoga mat, blocks, strap, blanket are recommended. Knee pad & bolster optional.
