In this one-day course you will learn the history and applications of Reiki. The training will consist of discussion, the Reiki I attunements, learning and practicing Reiki on yourself and others. You will leave class fully trained to do Reiki on yourself, others and animals. You will receive a course notebook, handouts and certificate of traditional Reiki Level I training.

No background or prior skills are required to take this course.
