Chair Yoga at Gibson House
This is an event series

Chair Yoga Class is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It is a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice without having to sit on the floor. Benefits of this practice include increased flexibility, muscle tone, improved balance, better breathing, mental calmness and improved sleep. Please bring a floor mat, towel or blanket, water and your smile! All skill levels are welcome!
